Sessions last approximately 90 minutes — long enough to allow your nervous system to arrive, be met, and begin to shift without feeling rushed. This spaciousness is integral to the SE approach.
Rather than talking at length about problems, you will be gently guided to notice bodily sensations — tightness, warmth, impulse, breath. This somatic tracking is the heart of the work and where real shifts occur.
Sessions close slowly and deliberately. You will receive simple, embodied practices to support integration in the days following. Change in SE is cumulative — each session builds on the last.
